The Privacy Policy explains how this website, scanners, applications, and the cloud service handle personally identifiable data and patient identification and diagnostic data collected when you use ultrasound services. The Privacy Policy does not apply to related linked sites other than the Site, Scanner, App and the Cloud, nor does it apply to people who are not entrusted or involved in the management of the Site, Scanners, App, and the Cloud.

- We may collect information about you during your use of the Services, including your name, organization, medical specialty, username, password, email address, device model and serial number, and other information you enter, provide us, post on our Services or allow us to access (collectively, “User Information”) , the profile of the patient you serve including your name, gender, birthday , medical history, diagnostic scope, fetal information (collectively, “Patient Data”) and “Diagnostic Results” condition description, ultrasonic icons, ultrasound images, measurement values, statistical information, diagnostic determinations (collectively, “Diagnostic Records” ) that allows us to access your user information, and diagnostic records, and to process and use your user information, patient data, and diagnostic records for that specific purpose. We will not use personal data and patient data for other purposes without your written consent.
- If you choose to use our cloud services, you can store patient data and diagnostic records on the secure server managed by Nusono, and the user records and patient data and diagnostic records that you upload are securely stored in the cloud services. We do not collect, use or disclose any patient information unless you allow it. You can use our cloud feature, which allows you to publish diagnostic information (for patient-free diagnostic information) to discuss diagnosis or comment with other users. If you use this feature, we’ll store your image title, share date, tags, and any other messages you’ve created. In the content you provide for shared comments, you need to ensure that in any message you create, you avoid patient information that should not be disclosed. Patients’ data you upload will be stored securely in the cloud and will not be disclosed in shared information.
- To provide accurate services, we will collect diagnostic images without
personal information for statistical, analytical and machine learning purpose. Analysis and study results are presented in statistical data, captions or learning modules. Except for internal research, we will publish statistics and excerpted text as needed, but no specific personal information is involved or patient information will be disclosed.
- The App can obtain patient information from your organization. Patient data and diagnostic records are initially stored encrypted in the application, you can choose to export records to other storage devices in an unencrypted form. We will send out diagnostic pictures that do not have patient connection.

- NUSONO-managed Cloud Services Host Environment will provide security specifications “with firewalls, anti-virus systems and other related
